I’m Carolynn, the face behind Wallflower Pottery. I took my first class in clay at the Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center when I was in first grade. I took classes on and off there all the way through my second year in college. After that, family and work (as an engineer) took over for a while. I started playing in clay again with a couple of classes at Macomb Community College. I am now fortunate to have a small home studio with wheel and kiln to make pots whenever I want.
