All my pots are made using a commercially prepared cone 5 clay. I bisque fire to cone 04 (1945 degrees F) and glaze fire to cone 5 and a half (2215 degrees F). I mix my own glazes from raw materials using published food safe recipes. All the pots are microwave and dishwasher safe.
I throw on a Brent pottery wheel and trim on an old AMACO wheel. Pots get bisque fired in an old Evenheat kiln and are glaze fired in a Skutt kiln.
